Electrical muscle stimulation training
(EMS I-MOTION)
(EMS I-MOTION)
The EMS method is a method of muscular electrostimulation based on a system that was originally developed and built to train athletes and repair injuries, stimulate the body, muscle strengthening and overall improvement of the trainee’s body, in general.
It has integrated all the technological developments to achieve wireless, safe, efficient and fast training sessions. The user wears a special electrode jacket (Bio-jacket) and performs exercises while the vest emits wireless electrical waves that act on all major muscle groups.
The EMS method is a complete way of training, through the use of electrical pulses. The central nervous system, in our daily lives, constantly sends electrical stimuli to the muscles to control our muscle actions. EMS uses this basic principle to reach the deeper layers of the muscles, which are difficult to activate through conventional training.
Exercise with EMS is done by activating the whole body through physical exercise and not passively. The trainer controls all the muscle groups and adjusts the intensity of the training to the possibilities of the trainee, taking into account the personal goals of each one individually. EMS helps you achieve visible and tangible results in no time.
The history of electrical stimulation dates back to 1971 with experiments performed by Luigi Galvani. This technology has been registered as a world-renowned therapeutic method, after many studies, which have proven its effectiveness.
EMS training is recommended not only for aesthetic purposes, but also to strengthen muscle structure, vascularization and functional recovery. The workout is done by protecting tendons and joints as the body undergoes intense muscle exercise, similar to aerobics or weight lifting, but without causing strain on the joints.
Why chose EMS training
Innovative
Unlike conventional workouts, EMS stimulates the whole body at the same time. The wireless operation of the i-motion ensures complete freedom of movement!
Effective
What was once possible only after years of training is now possible at once, through electromimic stimulation. Fat is reduced, muscles are smoothed, strength and endurance are increased, body contour and problem areas are tightened and agility is improved, as well as general fitness creating a high sense of well-being.
Fast
Free time is a luxury to spend on grueling and time-consuming workouts. Wireless EMS combines time with the desire to exercise without compromise: 20 minutes per session is enough for visible results in just a few sessions!
Efficient
With the help of a personalized program and a personal trainer, you can achieve your desired goal as soon as possible
Briefly:
- It builds muscle strength
- Improves physical condition
- Treats cellulite and epidermal relaxation
- It activates the metabolism, enhancing weight and fat loss
- Improves good mood
- It massages, enhancing blood circulation and rehabilitates injuries
Your dream can come true today with the i-motion EMS!
Should I avoid EMS training if I have a specific condition?
All people can train with the use of EMS, from 18 years and over provided they are perfectly healthy, as is the case with any other form of exercise.
However, if you have a health problem that prevents you from participating even in conventional sports, then you should definitely consult your doctor. The absolute contraindications or some contraindications are the following:
- Cardiovascular problems (Cardiac pacemaker, By pass)
- Pregnancy
- Severe circulatory disorder and circulatory disorder in the arteries
- Abdominal wall or inguinal hernia
- Advanced arteriosclerosis
- Diabetes
- Serious neurological diseases (epilepsy, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, etc.)
- Fever, bacterial or viral infections
- Bleeding and tendency to heavy bleeding (hemophilia)
- Thrombosis
- Recent inflammation and trauma
- Artificial limbs / Screws in fractures
- Blood pressure abnormalities
- Neoplastic diseases (cancer)
If you suffer from any of the above conditions, please consult your doctor to advise you and then get his written permission before you start training with the method of electromuscular stimulation (EMS).
In any case, the written certificate of a cardiologist is presented by all trainees before the start of training with the EMS.
