The period of pregnancy is a magical process, a wonderful and unforgettable experience for every woman!

Pregnancy usually lasts 40 weeks. The main changes in the woman’s body during pregnancy are:

Statistical studies have shown that pregnant women who exercise regularly, from 3-5 times a week, have a lower average body weight gain, shorter average labor length, fewer cesarean births due to weakness of childbirth evolution and shorter stay in the hospital after birth.

Pilates is ideal for expectant moms, because it relieves back and waist aches, it strengthens without strain and prepares the body for childbirth through specific exercises and breathing techniques.

In order for a pregnant woman to start exercising, it is very important to have reached the 12th week of pregnancy and to have the consent of her doctor. The program is gradually adjusted depending on the weeks of pregnancy, reaching up to the day of birth!
